About our Property Managers

john_pipropertiesJohn Torma, Licensed Property Manager — John has spent almost 40 years working with real property in many different capacities — from self-employed builder/carpenter, to public sector planner, to housing authority administrator, to manager of his own rental property, to a 20 year career as the Facilities Manager for the Missoula Children’s Theater, supervising the remodel and adaptive re-use of the old Central School building and the multi-million dollar new theatre addition while simultaneously managing Camp Paxson, an historic group camp located on the shores of Seeley lake and owned by the United States Forest Service. In all of these positions, John’s objective was always to improve the condition of the properties that he was involved with.

Libby Schneider, Licensed Property Manager–Having grown up with a handy-man, carpenter and property landlord, Libby never lacked opportunities to appreciate the importance of caring for a home. Becoming a landlord was a natural fit for her. She and her husband have been rental property owners and managers for over a deckade. Not only has she found joy in practicing her skills of caring for their properties but also she has grown to appreciate helping her tenants create a home for themselves. Her dedication to personal, ethical and prompt response to requests and concerns are the basis of trust between herself and her clients.

These values will continue to be the cornerstone of John’s & Libby’s work through Pi Property Management — to provide quality residential and commercial experiences for tenants in properties that owners and managers can be proud of.
